Terms & Conditions

As of: Gmunden, 11 May 2022 — applicable to all services between WSKI Data and consumers. This is a convenience translation; the German version is legally authoritative.

§1 Scope and definitions

These terms and conditions apply to all services between WSKI Data and consumers. "Consumers" are natural persons or institutions entering into a transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§13 German Civil Code).

§2 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

These provisions apply to the use of the software, except for downloads via the Google Play Store. The contracting party is:

The presentation of the software constitutes a non-binding offer. By selecting a usage plan (monthly/annual) and completing the order process, the consumer submits a binding offer.

Steps for the free trial

  • 1) Click "Try for free"
  • 2) Club registration with email and password
  • 3) Dashboard login

Steps for paid use

  • 1) Select the plan
  • 2) "Get Started"
  • 3) Review and confirm payment

The customer can correct input errors up to the final order confirmation using the browser's back button, or cancel the process by closing the browser. An automated confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

§3 Prices, payment, usage

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.

  • Annual plan: data is retained for one year after the end of the billing period, then locked. Reactivation is possible free of charge at any time.
  • Monthly plan: data remains available for two months after the end of the billing period. Reactivation is possible free of charge at any time.
  • Free trial: one month of free use. Data is retained for one year and then deleted. Reactivation is possible free of charge.

In the event of non-use, all data is deleted after one year at the latest, or immediately upon request.

§4 Delivery

The app is delivered via the Google Play Store.

§5 Retention of title

The software (WSKIDATA App & Dashboard) remains the property of WSKIDATA. Only time-limited rights of use are acquired.

§6 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins upon conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Refunds are made within fourteen days via the originally used payment method — at no additional cost to the consumer.
